Restrictions

State Law Policies

State and local laws determine which guns, high-capacity magazines and ammunition may be shipped to various locations. It is your responsibility to be familiar with your local gun laws. These are the policies that Icon Marketing Group adheres to.

California: Handguns must be on the California DOJ Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. No mags over 10 rounds. No semi-auto rifles and shotguns. Ammunition must be shipped directly to an FFL dealer. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping.

Colorado: No mags over 15 rounds. If a firearm contains a mag with a capacity of 15 rounds or more, it cannot be shipped. Parts kits that have the ability to accept a belt are restricted.

Connecticut: Mags with a capacity of 10 or more are restricted. Certain firearms may be restricted. Firearm parts kits are restricted.

Hawaii: Mags with a capacity of 10 or more are restricted. Assault pistols are restricted. The melting point of firearms must be greater than 800 deg. F. If the barrel is 16” or longer in a firearm parts kit, it cannot be shipped to Hawaii. Ammunition cannot be shipped to Hawaii due to shipping constraints.

Illinois: Anyone purchasing ammunition must provide a copy of his/her FOID card. The melting point of firearms must be greater than 800 deg. F. Firearms, magazines, firearm parts kits or ammunition cannot be shipped to an FFL dealer or a private citizen (even with FOID card) living in Cook County (all cities).

Maryland: Mags with a capacity of 10 or more are restricted. All semi-auto rifles and semi-auto shotguns are restricted. Handguns must be on the Maryland DOJ list.

Massachusetts: Mags with a capacity of 10 or more are restricted. All semi-auto rifles and semi-auto shotguns are restricted. Handguns on the Massachusetts Approved Firearms Roster are eligible for shipping. Anyone purchasing ammunition must provide us a copy of his/her FID or CCL. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping. The melting point of firearms must be greater than 900 deg. F.

Michigan: Rifles must be more than 29 inches long or registered as a pistol to be considered legal in the state of Michigan.

Minnesota: The melting point of firearms must be greater than 1,000 deg. F.

New Jersey: Mags with a capacity of 15 or more are restricted. Certain semi-auto firearms are restricted. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping.

New York: All firearms (except bolt/pump action guns), magazines, firearm parts kits and ammunition are restricted in New York. Bolt/pump action guns are permitted.

Washington: Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping.

Washington, D.C.: Mags with a capacity of 10 or more are restricted. All rifles, shotguns and handguns are restricted. Ammunition cannot be shipped to D.C. Firearm parts kits are ineligible for shipping.

P.O. Boxes – We cannot ship anything flammable, i.e. oil, stoves, etc., to a P.O. box. Ammunition cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.

APO/FPO – We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
